VINIFICATION
Whole fruit maceration, pneumatic pressing, low temperature fermentation and maturation on fine lees.

TASTING NOTES
Notes of citrus and exotic fruits, with a note of white peach. A fresh and fat palate.

PARING
An excellet wine for entertaining, with a seafood platter or a selection of dried and cured meats, it would also be surprisingly good with a lemon tar.
