WINE-MAKING
The grapes are harvested when ripe. 1 to 2 week alcoholic fermentation and at controlled temperatures.The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled.

TASTING NOTES
Colour : Pale yellow with brillant reflects.
Nose : It offers a discreet bouquet with mineral notes and fresh citrus aromas.
Palate : In the mouth it is elegant with a nice harmony between acidity and sweetness.

PARING
This pleasurable, fruity and delightful wine, easy to drink, is recommended with nearly every dish, particularly meats cooked in sauce as well as game, and can be enjoyed at anytime.

FOOD MATCH
Perfect accompaniment to shellfish, asian food and grilled fish. The best serving temperature is 8 -10 °C.
