Vinification
The basic wine is fermented at a low temperature. Second fermentation takes place in tanks for 2 weeks at 14° C, followed by dosing.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Green yellow, brilliant, with a fine crown.
Nose: A fruity and very elegant sparkling wine, with a brioche bouquet.
Palate: The bubbles are fine, the sparkling wine is fresh with a pleasant sweet finish.

Wine & Dine: As an aperitif and with desserts.
