WINE-MAKING

Chardonnay grape parcels were picked in excellent condition. To achieve a crisp, fresh style, yeasts which promoted aromatic characters were used during fermentation and selected parcels underwent lees to build palate weight.

TASTING NOTES

Style:  Fresh, fruity, textural

Taste:  Ripe pear, tropical fruits, hints of honey.

Drink with: Grilled salmon, roast chicken, creamy pastas. Vegetarian and Vegan Friendly.

Cellaring Potential: Drink now or over next 5 years. Serve chilled.
