TASTING NOTES
Extremely elegant with the structure of a roman chapel and a deep complexity. Definitely a Bordeaux Grand Cru style. The color is dark violet and it shows black cherry and black fruits compote on the nose. In the mouth it gives black fruit, plum and licorice, with pencil shavings and expresso on the palate.
SERVING
Serve with smoked or marinated meat
