WINE-MAKING
Yields are limited by the Cave de Tain, in order to reach optimal fruit ripeness, plus our IGP-Vin de Pays growers benefit from a special“maturity monitoring” program. All grapes are destemmed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with regular pumping-over for a gentle extraction. Bottling in the estate.

TASTING NOTES
Bright purple with blue hues with bouquet of fresh fruits (blackcurrant) and a delicate note of violet. On the palate, it has crisp fruit and supple, savoury structure. Raspberry, strawberry with a touch of pepper, on a long, balanced finish.
