TASTING NOTES
Colour : Clear, very intense, almost black, garnet red to purple.
Nose : Red fruit, blackcurants, green peppers, with notes of spices and hay, typical from this variety.
Palate : Fine tannic body, notes of liquorice, fine persistence and long taste.

SERVING
This red wine may be served with red meat such as beef, game, cold meats, salad and a many types of cheese.
