Ageing: 8 months in barrel (15% new oak)
TASTING NOTES
Nose: fruity, some hints of sloe, nutmeg and blackcurrant bud
Palate: full-flavoured and fleshy, with still slightly dry tannins and a good acidity level, for a high ageing potential given the appellation
SERVING
Serve between 15℃ and 16℃ with grilled or roasted red meats, game birds and semi-strong cheeses.
This wine will be matured for at least 5 to 10 years.
