Appellation:  EUROPEAN COMMUNITY WINE

Grape Varieties: 90% Tempranillo ,10% Grenache

Soil: Light soils made up of alluviae and sand. One of their properties is that they heat up quickly.

 

WINE-MAKING

The grapes are harvested, destemmed, crushed, hot macerated and pressed. The wine is stored in vats. Then the wine is racked, filtered and bottled after sweetening with concentrated grape juice.

 

TASTING NOTES

Colored in intense ruby red, this wine has a discrete aroma, slightly fruity, no complexity. Dry, balanced, lively wine.

 

SERVING

This wine may be served by itself or with a large number of dishes such as red meat, cold meats, salad and cheese.
