BARREMONT Blanc

Appellation:  EUROPEAN COMMUNITY WINE

Grape Varieties: A blend of wines including Ugni Blanc, Airén (Spain) and Trebbiano(Italy).

Soil:  An array of soils, mainly located in plaines. Often very deep, made up of more or less sandy silts.

 

WINE-MAKING

Traditional white wine vinification. Pressing, light settling, a few days fermentation, racking, filtration and blending of the wines coming from various origins (France, Italy, Spain).

TASTING NOTES

Colored in light yellow with shades of green. Pleasant discrete bouquet of a few shades of white flowers, no complexity. The palate is round, pleasant, easy to drink.

SERVING

Everyday wine, serve with salad, fish, pork and desserts.
