WINE-MAKING
Stainless steel fermentation at 25-270C for 8 days. OAK AGING: 4 months ageing in 50% French and 50% American oak.

TASTING NOTES
This Malbec has deep dark violet color and powerful aromas of plums, cherries, and chocolate notes. Rich in the mouth, very expressive with a long finish and velvety tannins.
